I absolutely love Perennial Life Protein Powder. My favorite flavor is chocolate—it tastes so good that I usually just mix it with water (don’t even need to add milk or mix it up in the blender with ice). A lot of protein powders don’t taste great with just tap water, so it’s hard to take them on the go, when you’re out and about without ice cubes and a blender. But Perennial Life has such a nice pleasant, non-chalky, non-bitter taste (it tastes like chocolate milk) with just plain tap water, and it mixes up so easily with a blender bottle (a water bottle with a whisk ball inside), that I keep a clean blender bottle and a a can of Perennial Life Protein Powder in my car always so that I always have a healthy snack ready. Just add water and shake!
Perennial Life Portein Powder has a ratio of protein/fats/carbs that seems to work well with most diet plans. Some protein powders are extremely high in protein or extremely high in fat, such that it makes it difficult to stay within the right plan for one’s body type (unless they are on a super high fat diet or a super high protein diet). The ratio of macros in this protein powder is so well-balanced that, depending upon one’s diet plan, that you can supplement with a little extra protein or fats or carbs to make it fit just perfectly within your diet plan. That’s why some days I will grab an apple or a handful of almonds to eat with my protein drink, depending upon what else I’ve eaten that day, to keep within my macros plan. Also, as it says on the can, a person can add a tablespoon of flax oil or MTC oil if they desire to increase the fat percentage in the drink. This protein powder is keto and paleo friendly.
Another thing I like about Perennial Life Protein Powder is how clean it is nutritionally. The CEO of the company once explained to me that they are very careful about which part of the cow that they extract the protein from, and they select the protein from the hides of grass-fed animals. I love the ingredient list, which is full of clean and natural ingredients. In addition, this protein powder will likely work for a whole family of individuals, as the company has taken care to make this protein powder free of ingredients that tend to provoke food allergies. It is dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free. It has no artificial ingredients, is low-sugar, and is diabetic friendly.
In other words, this protein powder has ingredients that I feel good about ingesting, it is convenient and easy to mix up with plain water on-the-good, it tastes delicious, and the price is reasonable. There is literally nothing about this protein powder that I do not like. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
