I love the results with using moonphase. I use to have horrible hot flashes. Now I have very few any more. It has been 3 years since I started.
I have Fibrocystic Breast Condition with multiple cysts in each side. They are extremely painful right before and during my cycle. My friend recommended Moon Phases and it makes an incredible difference. I can tell when I haven't taken it regularly as the cysts are larger and hurt much, much more. When I take it as recommended I experience almost no pain or tenderness at all. It certainly beats my other alternative, which was an iron bra for protection!
A friend told me about Moon Phases. I was looking for something to help with hot flashes and other annoying parts of menopause. I am amazed at how quickly and completely it helps calm and even do away with these symptoms. The ingredients and packaging are top quality. I highly recommend Moon Phases for anyone suffering from hot flashes, night sweats, etc.
Due to a medical issue I needed to cancel my subscription. 7 emails later over the past month, they have not responded and have not canceled my subscription . I can’t get into my subscription page and have made several requests to help with this issue to which they have not responded. There is also no phone number to contact them to address this issue. This is a shame since I liked the product, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
I have several benign cysts in my breasts. Taking this daily keeps them from expanding to the point of pain at the slightest brush-seatbelts, kids giving a hug, crowded halls, etc...as my hormones fluctuate. It has made a night and day difference.
