How are shipping cost calculated?

Once you are ready to complete your order, you will be prompted to select a shipping option, which will require you to identify timing of delivery as well as the state to which products will be delivered. The cost of shipping is determined based on our best negotiated rate with package carrier. We do not add any additional amounts to the negotiated rate. Rates are subject to change.

Where am I able to ship my order?
Online purchases are currently shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. If you desire to ship your order outside of this area, please contact us at customercare@perennial-life.com or call us at (866) 863-4722 and we will obtain shipping cost specific to your request.
Where will my order ship from?

All Products are shipped from Salt Lake City, UT.

Which carriers do you utilize to ship your products?

For online orders, we primarily utilize UPS. On occasion, we may utilize other reputable package carriers, if necessary. If you desire to receive shipments from a carrier other than UPS, please call us at (866) 863-4722 and we will be happy to assist in making alternative arrangements.

Do you ship products to P.O. Boxes or COD?

A physical address is required for all deliveries. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box and we do not ship COD.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Shipping time is dependent on stock availability. Generally, orders are shipped within one business day. In the event of a delay due to item being out-of-stock, we will communicate situation to customer as soon as possible, and refund order, if necessary.
