We appreciate you purchasing Perennial’s premium natural products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience. All products have been manufactured in a cGMP facility and are subject to quality control inspections.
In the rare event an order is damaged in transit to the consumer, please provide us with a photograph of the damaged product (for insurance purposes) and we will refund you for the damaged product cost or send you a replacement.
If an item is found to be defective, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RNA”) number to return the product to us for inspection. Once the item is returned, we will ship you a replacement.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied, please be mindful of the following:
- Products MUST be purchased directly from perennial-life.com. If you purchased product from any other seller besides perennial-life.com, please contact the seller directly to return or obtain a credit/replacement.
- We will accept an UNOPENED product within 15 days of purchase and refund you the amount paid less a 20% re-stocking fee plus cost of shipping. Please do NOT return a product that has been opened.
- We recommend using a package carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Credit will NOT be issued for a lost, opened or damaged product that occurs during return shipping.
